Chef de Partie Opportunity at Llandudno Rehabilitation Centre

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading fresh food catering business, providing services to a well-appointed rehabilitation centre in Llandudno, Wales.

About the Job

This is a 52-week contract operating 24/7, 7 days a week, with a working pattern of 5 days over 7. You will be responsible for producing high-quality food for an average of 90 customers daily, using fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, using fresh ingredients and following company brand guidelines.
  2. To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  3. To work effectively as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level. You must have a genuine interest in food, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for great food.

Package Details

We offer a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, plus benefits including free on-site parking and opportunities for professional development and growth.
