We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading fresh food catering business, providing services to a well-appointed rehabilitation centre in Llandudno, Wales.
About the JobThis is a 52-week contract operating 24/7, 7 days a week, with a working pattern of 5 days over 7. You will be responsible for producing high-quality food for an average of 90 customers daily, using fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus.
Key Responsibilities- To prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, using fresh ingredients and following company brand guidelines.
- To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- To work effectively as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level. You must have a genuine interest in food, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for great food.
