Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales office team, including sales order processors and sales account managers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify priorities to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Building Merchants, Trade Professionals, and Retailers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven background as a Sales Manager or Office Manager, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Chichester.
  • Driving Licence.
Benefits:
  • Basic Salary of £30-35K.
