About the Role

We are seeking a Patient Experience Administrator to join our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B prison located near Bicester. This exciting opportunity puts the patient first, allowing them to shape their medical care and have their issues/complaints heard and investigated.

You will be a key member of the healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive the best care possible. Your role will involve working closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality patient experience
  • Work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient experience initiatives
