About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Manager. This is a key role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety across our services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, patient safety, and leadership, with experience of working in a similar role in the NHS or healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality and safety strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Lead on the development and implementation of patient safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify and address quality and safety issues
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on quality and safety matters to senior leaders and clinicians
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support quality and safety initiatives
