Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Signalling Maintenance Lead

We are currently recruiting for a senior signalling maintenance lead to join our team based in Paddington, London. The role involves leading a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team of signalling maintenance staff
  • Ensuring that all signalling maintenance work is carried out to the highest standard
  • Managing the maintenance schedule and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the railway

Requirements:

  • Valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated at £53,824 per annum, with opportunities for overtime, shift allowances, and on-call payments. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and annual leave.
