About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Signalling Team Leader to join our team based in Paddington, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring safe working practices for your team, providing day-to-day support and guidance, and reporting to a manager who oversees general team management duties. To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience as a Signalling/SMTH maintenance worker, hold valid PTS and other track tickets, and possess an SMTH qualification and full IRSE licence.
