The role involves working with a range of manual, electrical, and digital equipment, including signals that control train movements, level crossings, and points systems. As a specialist in Signalling & Telecoms, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the team leader and operatives, ensuring safe and efficient work delivery.

We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate transferable skills, particularly leadership, effective communication, technical skills, safety awareness, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you should hold an NVQ Level 1 or 2 linked to the discipline or have equivalent experience.

This is a rewarding role that offers a competitive salary of around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a great pension scheme, 75% discount on leisure rail travel, 28 days' annual leave, and opportunities for overtime and career progression.
