About the Role

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a Railway Signalling Operations Lead to oversee a team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West.

This role involves leading a small team, ensuring safe working practices, providing day-to-day support and guidance, and reporting to a manager who oversees general team management duties.

Key requirements include significant experience of working as a Signalling/ SMTH maintenance worker, holding valid PTS and other track tickets, a full UK driving licence, an SMTH qualification, and a full IRSE licence.

Salary: £53,824 with opportunities for overtime, shift allowances, and on-call payments resulting in a higher total remuneration.

Benefits include a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and more. The position is based from London Paddington, with travel to site using company vehicles. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and some on-call commitment.

To be eligible for this position, you must be able to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
