Job Title: Signalling Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Signalling/SMTH maintenance worker to join our team as a Signalling Operations Manager. As part of Advanced Resource Managers in the South West, you will lead a small team providing signalling maintenance services on the railway, ensuring safe working practices and day-to-day support and guidance.

The salary for this position is £53,824, plus shift allowances and overtime. We offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave, and more.

  • Manage a small team providing signalling maintenance services on the railway.
  • Ensure safe working practices for the team and provide day-to-day support and guidance.
About You:
  • You will have significant experience of working as a Signalling/SMTH maintenance worker.
  • You will be ready for and looking for a management position.
  • You will hold valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS.
  • You will hold a full UK driving licence.
  • You will require an SMTH qualification and hold a full IRSE licence.
