Join Our Team:
We are looking for an experienced Slinger to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for assisting crane operators with the movement and lifting of heavy loads, communicating with the crane operator using hand signals or radio communication, and ensuring the safety of all personnel on the site during lifting operations.

Responsibilities:
Assist crane operators with the movement and lifting of heavy loads, communicate with crane operators using hand signals or radio communication, ensure the safety of all personnel on the site during lifting operations, rig and unrig loads for lifting operations, inspect and maintain slings, chains, and other lifting gear before and after use, and follow all health and safety procedures and regulations on the site.

Requirements:
A valid CPCS Slinger/Signaller card, previous experience working as a Slinger on construction sites, good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team, a strong commitment to health and safety, and availability to work long term. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
