Aircraft Compliance Officer

Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day regulatory compliance across all company activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the Compliance Framework within the Risk Management and Governance Framework, ensuring seamless integration with our company's risk appetite.
- Review and align Key Risk Indicators with our company's risk appetite, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Develop and update compliance manuals, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory requirements and developments, ensuring timely and effective communication with management.
- Monitor regulatory developments and communicate their impact to management, providing strategic guidance on risk management and compliance.
- Oversee compliance with government requirements, particularly related to the management of public money, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Advise on Privacy and Data Protection Risks, considering ICO/GDPR requirements, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Oversee breaches of compliance limits, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Support the Risk System project, capturing and updating regulatory risks and responses, and contribute to the development of a robust risk management framework.
- Over 5 years of regulatory compliance management experience, with a proven track record of success in ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
