Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day regulatory compliance across all company activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the Compliance Framework within the Risk Management and Governance Framework.
- Review and align Key Risk Indicators with the company's risk appetite.
- Develop and update compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory requirements and developments.
- Monitor regulatory developments and communicate their impact to management.
- Oversee compliance with government requirements, especially related to the management of public money.
- Advise on Privacy and Data Protection Risks, considering ICO/GDPR requirements.
- Oversee breaches of compliance limits, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.
- Support the Risk System project, capturing and updating regulatory risks and responses.
- Over 5 years of regulatory compliance management experience.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks and risk management.
