About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Marstep Resourcing Solutions as a key member of our Health and Safety team. As a Health and Safety Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance of our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and provide support to ensure H&S compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections, document audits, and report writing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement robust management systems for clients.
  • Carry out accident/incident reports and provide sound safety advice.
  • Assist in the creation of online content by providing knowledge to the marketing and sales functions.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a H&S role, preferably in a consultancy setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of statutory H&S compliance, current legislation, and standards.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a current driving license.
