Role Overview

The Centre Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the Women's Centre, providing support and line management to keyworkers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering gender-responsive, trauma-informed practical and emotional support to women, addressing needs related to housing, substance misuse, health, finance, previous trauma, children & families, and education, training and employment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Criminal Justice System. They will be committed to reducing social harms and re-offending while empowering women to access opportunities and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of day-to-day centre operations
  • Line management of keyworkers
  • Delivery of trauma-informed support services
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders
