Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our infrastructure projects team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams in the successful delivery of multiple infrastructure projects or programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your expertise in project management to drive growth and success within our team
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability, and project compliance standards
- Lead large, diverse teams to achieve outstanding results and deliver high-quality projects on time and budget
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector
- Demonstrable professional development and membership of relevant industry associations (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
