About the Role

This exciting opportunity offers flexibility to be based at any of our offices across the UK&I, along with the benefits of our hybrid working model. You will have the chance to drive technical excellence and mentor a team of skilled engineers in collaboration with our global Water Technical Practice Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Technical Excellence: Work with our Technical Excellence Director and other Technical Heads to set standards and ensure best practices are shared across teams.
  • Support Project Resourcing and Development: Collaborate with Operational Directors to align resources on projects, manage succession planning, and support hiring.
  • Ensure Quality Delivery: Provide technical oversight on complex projects through engineering reviews, maintaining AECOM's high standards.
