Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Director to lead our IT function in central Cardiff. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and overseeing the existing IT strategy, ensuring effective delivery of IT projects. This critical role requires strong leadership and team management skills to manage a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee the existing IT strategy
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Ensure the service desk operates efficiently and provides outstanding support to staff members
- Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet business needs and comply with established SLAs
- Lead IT infrastructure initiatives to ensure robust and reliable systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior IT management role, ideally within the legal sector or a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of IT service management, IT infrastructure, and operations management
- Demonstrated ability to implement IT strategies and lead large-scale IT projects

Salary
