Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Educate patients with diet-related disorders on practical ways to improve their health and wellbeing.
  • Deliver group sessions to healthcare professionals or patient groups, promoting healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Liaise with hospital staff and external agencies to facilitate smooth patient transitions.
  • Promote health and wellbeing through evidence-based diet and nutrition education.
  • Provide expert advice to healthcare professionals on food and nutrition issues.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
