Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutritional services to patients, including assessments, counseling, and education.

Key Accountabilities

  • Undertake nutritional assessments of patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support patient health goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care is provided.
  • Promote public health awareness through education and outreach programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in food and nutrition.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
