Job Opportunity: Quantitative Risk Control Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to direct our Quantitative Risk Control team. As a Quantitative Risk Control Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of risk management procedures and tools, as well as overseeing P&L attribution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management procedures and tools.
  • Oversee P&L attribution and reporting, providing detailed commentaries on key drivers.
  • Implement and enhance risk controls and quantitative analytics tailored to trading strategies.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our trading risk management framework.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in quantitative trading firms, investment banks, or hedge funds.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing risk management procedures and tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Salary Range: The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
