Risk Control Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the risk management function, which is integral to ensuring the success and integrity of our trading operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial risk management and experience working with high-growth companies.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting trading desk risk exposures, establishing systematic trading limits, and developing automated trading controls. You will also oversee P&L attribution, reporting, and analysis, and contribute to the evolution of our trading risk management framework.
Responsibilities- Analyze and report trading desk risk exposures, limits, and breaches in real-time.
- Establish, review, and maintain systematic trading limits.
- Oversee P&L attribution, reporting, and analysis.
- Implement and enhance risk controls and quantitative analytics tailored to trading strategies.
- Contribute to the evolution of the trading risk management framework.
- A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, physics, computer science).
- At least 5 years of experience in quantitative trading firms, investment banks, or hedge funds in roles such as product control, market risk management, or risk strategist.
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing risk management procedures and tools.
- In-depth understanding of financial products.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
