About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at DIRECT CLEANING SERVICES SW LIMITED. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send sales invoices to clients.
  • Process stock orders for deliveries to our clients.
  • Place orders with our suppliers.
  • Chase and receive payments from clients.
  • Reconcile our accounts system.
  • Send payment letters to clients with outstanding debts.
  • Answer phone calls and manage customer queries.
  • Prepare customer quotations via email.
  • Administer our warehouse stock management system.
  • Provide support and assistance to our route planning team.
  • Assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Competent in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Xero/Sage Accounting Systems is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Approachable and organized with your time.
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently using your own initiative.
