Job Summary:
Our client, a leading company in the Rail industry, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide professional administration services to the Head of Digitalisation and Innovation and the Strategic Programmes Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, attention to detail, and administration skills, with experience in event management and data base management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Highly organised and excellent communicator
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent planning management and administration skills
• Computer literate
• Attention to detail
• Administration and data base management experience
• Relevant event management training
• Experience within finance (desirable)

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, including planning, coordination, and implementation of projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administration principles and practices, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
