Do you possess a background in correspondence or writing? Experience in the Energy sector is preferred. Previous exposure to working with vulnerable populations is beneficial. You must demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, including effective questioning, active listening, and rapport building. A genuine enthusiasm for resolving customer issues via email and phone, coupled with the ability to multitask, is essential. Strong interpersonal and investigative skills are crucial. A collaborative team spirit is necessary. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities are important. A drive for ambition and a willingness to embrace new challenges are key.

The Payment Solutions team specializes in assisting customers who have fallen behind on their bills. Our objective is to support our customers in navigating the arrears process, striving for solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization.

This team engages with our most vulnerable customers, so candidates must maintain composure under pressure, set a positive example, and possess the determination to make a meaningful impact.

Daily Responsibilities as a Correspondence Coordinator:

Manage customer interactions across various platforms, including email and telephone. Handle complaints effectively. Ensure customers are directed to the most relevant external organizations for advice and support, including debt, mental health, and disability charities, as well as energy efficiency resources. Aim for first-contact resolution of customer inquiries. Respond to queries within established service levels. Deliver exceptional customer care experiences to all clients. Meet performance indicators such as productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries efficiently.
