Team Dynamics: Collaborating for Success

The Payment Solutions team specializes in assisting customers who are experiencing difficulties with their bills. Our mission is to guide our customers through the arrears process, ensuring a resolution that benefits both the customer and the organization.

This team focuses on supporting our most vulnerable customers, requiring individuals who can maintain composure under pressure and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Daily Responsibilities: What to Expect

Manage customer interactions across various platforms, including email and telephone. Handle customer complaints with professionalism. Direct customers to appropriate external organizations for support, including financial and mental health resources. Aim for first-contact resolution of customer inquiries. Respond to customer queries within established service levels. Deliver exceptional customer care experiences. Meet performance indicators related to productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
