About the Role:As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides person-centered care to individuals with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to support our service users with their daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities.

- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to service users, promoting their independence and confidence
