About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Complex Care team in Deal and the surrounding area. As a Support Worker, you will work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients, providing high-quality care and support to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime. You will also have the opportunity to broaden your care skills and experience, working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care.

About the Client

The client we are looking to support is a unique individual who loves pampering sessions and sensory experiences. They have a passion for nails and makeup, and enjoy watching films of any genre. We are seeking a Support Worker who shares these interests and is able to build a strong rapport with the client.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with clinical interventions such as PEG feed and medication administration
  • Support the client with their mobility, including using a client mobility vehicle
  • Plan and participate in activities and days out with the client

Requirements

  • Previous and recent care experience, involving personal care
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car
  • Minimum commitment of 2 x 12 hour shifts per week
  • Full right to work within the UK
