We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Deal, Kent. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience of students.

About the Role:

  • Support Teachers: Assist with lesson planning and deliver engaging learning activities to students.

  • Small Group Interventions: Lead small group interventions to boost student progress and achievement.

Key Requirements:

  • HLTA Qualification: Hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
