Job Overview

This role involves working as a Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service and support the store's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail or customer service and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection.
  • Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
