About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in Harrow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance and business strategy
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, and developing strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings to meet their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch, and monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency, and ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, and ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner, and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail

Eligibility

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport, birth certificate, or other accepted documentation
