We are seeking an experienced Product Trainer to join our team in South London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product training, field marketing, and retail knowledge.
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and motivating sales ambassadors to ensure success against LG's objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging in-store training to build brand advocacy and product knowledge.
- Build and retain relationships with in-store sales teams.
- Coaching and mentoring sales ambassadors and sharing best practices.
- Plan store visits effectively considering sales data, time, workload, and the wider team.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in product training, field marketing, or retail.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to cope with changing priorities.
What We Offer:
- An annual salary of £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience.
