Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Coach and Groups Manager to join our team at Oxfordshire RTC. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our coaching blueprint.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for youth football development and be able to prepare players for all training sessions and matches. Effective communication with staff and players will also be essential.

  • Support the development and implementation of our coaching programs.
  • Prepare players for all training sessions and matches.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and players regarding training and match arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate player performance records and provide regular progress updates.
