Football Coach and Team Manager

Oxfordshire RTC, a renowned football club in Oxfordshire, seeks a talented individual to join our team as a Football Coach and Team Manager. This exciting role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop your coaching skills and contribute to the growth of young footballers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the coaching blueprint in line with the club's philosophy.
- Prepare players for all training sessions and matches.
- Communicate effectively with staff using technology and communicate with players regarding training and match arrangements.
- Monitor and report on the performance and progress of all players, evaluating against established goals on a quarterly basis.
- Attend all Football Coaching Team Meetings.
This part-time position (approximately 3-8 hours per week) offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.00. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for youth football development.
