Pike is Seeking a Head of Community

We are a blockchain development lab focused on creating the building blocks to enable financial applications on the blockchain. Our team is passionate about DeFi, community building, and customer success, and we are searching for a like-minded individual to lead our community expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive community growth strategy to drive traction and awareness
  • Collaborate with our growth and product teams to integrate community insights and feedback
  • Proactively scale and develop the community moderator team to support internal growth strategies
  • Develop creative programs to attract and establish a sustainable community contributor program
  • Engage and build rapport with high-valued community members, contributors, and users
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer acquisition and/or customer success roles, preferably within crypto or SaaS sectors
  • Proficient in social media channel management and community engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
