About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting residents with personal care needs
  • Helping residents take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing
  • Administering medication and maintaining clear and accurate records

Requirements:

  • Passion for caring for older people
  • Previous care experience
  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care
  • Leadership and people skills
