About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Member to join our team in Carterton. As a Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living skills, accessing their communities, and maintaining their health needs.
Responsibilities:
- Empower individuals to live the lives they want to lead
- Develop daily living skills
- Support individuals to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training, or friendships
- Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
- Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals
- Maintain the health needs of individuals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full manual UK driving licence
- Good communication skills
