We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at The Homestead, providing high-quality care to our residents and enabling them to live later life well.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our residents with their personal care needs, helping them to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care.
About YouWe are looking for someone with a kind, warm, and caring nature, who is able to work well as part of a team and use their own initiative. You will have excellent communication and listening skills, and be able to provide emotional support to our residents.
Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in this role.
