Healthcare Support Worker Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Military Medical Personnel.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and personal service to our patients, working alongside military personnel on Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force bases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues

Requirements

  • National Vocational Qualification (NVQ/SVQ) Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience in general practice or healthcare environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and Safeguarding Children and Young People and Vulnerable Adults Level 2 training
