An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to work in a leading care home based in the UK. You will be working for a reputable healthcare provider, delivering exceptional care to residents in a homely environment.
This care service provides residential and dementia care for residents, with a focus on enabling them to live their later life well. As a Senior Care Assistant, your key duties will include leading and inspiring a team of care assistants, supporting residents with personal care needs, and administering medication.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about caring for older people, have previous care experience, and be able to lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care. They will also have a kind, warm, and caring nature, be able to work well as part of a team, and use their own initiative.
The successful Senior Care Assistant will receive a competitive salary of £14.15 per hour and an annual salary of up to £32,375.20. This permanent full-time role offers a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, life assurance, and access to nationally recognised training courses and qualifications.
