About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Brize Meadow Lodge. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standards of care and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement care plans that promote independence, security, and dignity for our residents.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
- Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.
- Maintain accurate records of your job and build strong relationships with your team.
- Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
