Job Title: Master Scheduler

Round-Peg Solutions (RPS) is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance demand and supply within available capacity and set Inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate MPS activities beyond the current week time horizon and for the whole MPS horizon.
  • Create and maintain schedules to deliver in line with programmes' requirements while maintaining Inventory targets and optimizing site capacity.
  • Schedule production for products and production lines understanding all the physical and manning constraints.
  • Attend daily GEMBA/Tier meetings as required.
  • Ensure relevant KPI's are monitored and PDCA approach applied with A3 in case of deviation to ensure targets are delivered in a sustainable way (Master Schedule Adherence, Customer Past Dues, Days Forward).

Requirements:

  • APICS CPIM Part1
  • Expert level for: ERP / MPS / MRP
  • Practitioner level for Forecasting & Demand Planning, Daily Scheduling & Execution, Master Data Management and Inventory Management.
