We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead our busy restaurant kitchen at The Oxford Group. With a guarantee of no two days being the same, this role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for a motivated individual.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain high-quality food control. A team player with good relationships in the kitchen and front of house is essential.

Minimum requirements include 2-3 years' experience in a busy kitchen in New Zealand or a relevant cooking qualification at level 4 or 5 with a year of post-qualification experience. A well-supported Head Chef team is also necessary.

Benefits include an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team.
