About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Services Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (37.5 hours per week).

  • This is a diverse administrative role that will see you split between maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk and assisting with department administration, document control, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to GDPR regulations.

You will be a genuinely supportive and welcoming individual with a friendly approach, possessing an impeccable phone manner and customer service skills.

Candidates must have a legal right to work in the UK and will undergo additional vetting and security checks due to the nature of the role.
