Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Officer to join our team in Portsmouth. This is a full-time, temporary position that offers an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic environment.
As a Business Support Officer, you will be responsible for dealing with and signposting queries via email and telephone, communicating daily with professionals and service users. You will also carry out word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation duties.
This role requires you to administer the collection of statutory data and present service performance information for Service Leaders and Team Leaders. Additionally, you will support the preparation for Ofsted inspections and provide specialist administrative support during inspections.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a well-established agency, Essential Employment, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
