Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Sales Agents with experience in call centre/customer service environments to join our UK team. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options available after 3 months and competitive incentives as part of our global company growth.

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products, meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing them with peace of mind knowing that those who matter most to them are protected.
Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business opportunities through effective sales techniques and maintaining existing customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Providing excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty among our valued clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Salary

The salary for this role is £40,000 per annum, with the potential to increase to £60,000-£85,000 based on performance.
