We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at the National Bank of Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of business clients and identifying opportunities in your market.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow a portfolio of business clients.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in your market.
  • Establish business development strategies.
  • Help clients attain their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on Bank products and services.
  • Meet clients' changing needs by adapting and optimizing financial products and advice/approaches.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients, ensuring risk management standards and profitability criteria.
  • Draw up business development plans.
  • Assist senior executives in reaching objectives.
  • Collaborate with experts in Financing Solutions.
  • Participate in networking activities.
  • IDentify risks inherent to the Personal and Commercial Banking sector's activities.

We require a minimum of 4 to 8 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry. A university certificate or equivalent is also necessary.

The estimated salary for this position is around $125,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
