Main Responsibilities- Greeting clients and suppliers with a courteous manner and logging their arrival in the visitors register.
- Answering and logging telephone calls promptly and connecting external calls to relevant extensions.
- Ensuring special deliveries are handled according to company procedure.
- Monitoring stationery stock and ordering through SAP.
- Raising SAP orders for office services and facilities.
- Arranging building maintenance contracts and scheduling appointments when necessary.
- Managing car park spaces.
- Performing general housekeeping tasks, including keeping the reception area tidy.
- Restocking tea/coffee points and ordering supplies as required.
- Processing virtual credit card applications.
- Booking courier collections and taxis.
- Previous experience in an office environment in a similar role.
- Reliability and flexibility.
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
