About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services to provide guests with valuable recommendations.
  • Handle special requests and arrange for flowers, gifts, or special accommodations as needed.
  • Ensure that concierge resources are well-stocked and up-to-date.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in hotel front office, preferably in the luxury segment. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the local area, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency are essential.
