Key Support Specialist

Jameson Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal support specialist to join their thriving will, trusts and probate team in Basingstoke.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a close-knit, collaborative team environment, assisting experienced lawyers and partners with a strong reputation in the market.
- Assist with drafting, editing and formatting legal documents to the highest standard.
- Maintain and organise case files, legal records and correspondences in a secure and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough legal research using online databases and libraries to gather essential information for the team.
- Support with billing and accounting tasks including filing and tracking billable hours, generating invoices and processing payments.
- Must have previous legal secretarial experience gained from a recognised law firm with a proven track record of administrative support.
- Be proficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet and other legal research tools.
