**Job Overview**
Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Assistant to join their team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a vital role in achieving sales and KPI targets.
About the Role
This part-time opportunity requires 16+ hours of work per week, with incremental holiday allowance and staff discounts on qualifying purchases across Group retail stores and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable and seamless customer experiences for all customers.
- Maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment, with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays based on store needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £8.72 - £9.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
